Marshfield Farm Apple Pie
So, Todd does most of the cooking around here, but when given time I can actually cook. The other day Todd had cobbled dinner together and challenged me to come up with dessert with what we had on hand. Beyond basic pantry supplies we had some apples and a single piecrust. This lead to the creation of something that was part pie, part apple crisp. We were so pleased with the results, we thought we'd share.
