So, she's been with us for a little less than two months.  She's proving to be very smart, but also very sensitive.  I spent about the first three weeks doing groundwork with her before I ever got on her.  I rode Zingara only at the walk for a few weeks.  Jen determined that it was time to add trotting under saddle to her regular workload about two weeks ago.  We can now manage almost an entire 20 m circle.  I'm expecting it to be several more weeks before I ask her to canter under saddle.  We continue to mix things up with adding some ground poles to the lunge work as well as long lining for variety.  Her strength has grown noticeably on the lunge line.

As you can see in the photo below, she's filled out considerably.
