Longeing / Lungeing Cavesson for Sale
We are selling another piece of equestrian gear in order to fund the purchase of another just like it, but bigger. It will be sold on an eBay auction, Click Here.
The purpose of this blog post is to host photos that are bigger than what eBay gives us and to allow us to post a picture or other information in reply to a question. You cannot modify an eBay listing after someone puts a bid on, except for answering questions. What if the best answer to a question is a new photo or a link to another web site?
OK, since this is my blog, I have to explain what this particular piece of kit does for our non-equestrian readers. A lot of horse training is safer and easier if you are not on the horse's back. To control the horse, you attach some non-riding equipment to the horse, and a long cord. You command the horse to run in circles around you while you work from the center. It reminds me of the U control airplanes my brothers flew when we were kids.
This piece of the multiple moving parts attatches to the head and gives better control than using the halter and allows training up beyond the beginner stuff. It's classical dressage training and my wife is a classical type of girl. These things are almost impossible to find in leather these days.
