Congrats to Mick and Remy
Hey Todd,
I had our NA test today with the Merrimack Chapter and Remy did very well. He scored a 105 for a Prize 2. He scored a 4 in Pointing, Water, Desire, Tracking and Use of Nose. He scored a 3 in Search and a 3 in Cooperation. He self-hunted (as they said) a bit, he came back to me well, but not quite well enough. I am very happy with the way he performed, he had 4 solid points and even found someone else's track pheasant that was put out hours earlier. His tracking was flawless, he worked the scent well and found and pointed the bird. He was awesome. I hope all is well.
Mick
I really couldn't be happier with this result. Mick and Remy have been through two NA tests. The first one was crummy in a lot of ways, only two NA dogs of ten passed. Mick is a new GSP owner and folks know I'm cautious with new folks. I had a "feeling" about Mick and he's done well by me and by his dog.
I've seen the pups from this litter and they show a bunch of point. I mean point like you read about. They are more cooperative than the A litter, but not so cooperative that they lack fire.
