Tails and Dewclaws done today.

Amanda's friend Patty and her sister Genie came to help us out.  They have scores of Cocker litters under their belt and Amanda always admired the finish on the tails.  Their method was a bit different than I'd seen in the past, but highly effective.  I think they'll come out very well.  The tails are about 2/3 remaining, which I find excellent for balance and style.

Amanda and I took off the dewclaws (I held).

I won't get into the specifics of the procedures, except to say there was less blood and squealing than the first litter and no stitches needed.  I'm very impressed.
