I want to thank Dan.  He's been really great all the way through this.  I really handed him a bowl of poo and asked him to eat it.  For some reason he did. 

I shipped Dove to him (actually my dad did it because I went bird hunting) just before Dan left for bird camp.  Dan took Dove to bird camp and did some hunting with her then did the service.  He's been interested in Dove's progress all the way through and we're still in constant contact.

A larger breeding kennel might not have the time to follow up and make sure everything is going well.  I wouldn't expect that.

Dan is so excited about this litter, it's like he's right here with me.  It's so great to have someone so dedicated and interested in these pups.

If you are thinking about using Luke at stud and it's equal with another dog which way you go, use Luke.  Dealing with Dan is so easy and fun.  Everyone says it's all about the dogs, but it isn't.  Left to their devices, they'd revert to wild animals in a few generations.  This is about people, and the sport and hobby is enhanced by meeting good people and making lasting friendships.  Dan is one of the people you should meet.
