Folks.  If you feel like I'm ducking you, not so good with e-mail and calls, well I kind of am.

We're taking a beating from the seller on the farm and NOW we're taking a beating from the bank.  Basically the seller thinks we are paying him way too little.  The bank thinks we are paying way too much.

Frankly the situation is very fluid and the lack of a concrete answer is driving both of us crazy.  Everyone I talk to, see, run into at the grocery, I mean everyone wants an update.  Three and four times a day just at work from several coworkers.  Throw in the holiday stress (particularly if you don't know where you'll be on Christmas, but it won't be where Amanda lives now) and basically I'm a basket case.

It's a little like someone asking how it feels every five minutes while you are having your fingernails torn out.

So yes, I have been hard to reach.  I am sorry.  Once I have a good story to tell, I'll be happy to tell it over and over again.  Right now, I don't want to talk about it.
