Question about eggs.

OK, here's a question for the public.  What do you do with too many eggs?  My brother, Corey, has too many eggs from his chickens.  He owns a store, but can't sell them there because they aren't USDA inspected.  He also doesn't want to put up a sign (for sale or even free) as he is on the Board of Health of his town.  This is a little weak because he sells about 80 pounds of honey a year.

I'm curious because Amanda and I plan to keep some chickens for eggs and meat.  And because I like my brother and want to help him out.

BTW, the chickens live a pretty cushy life and the eggs are very good.

There aren't that many eggs, maybe a few hundred.  That wouldn't get me through one Boston area commute.

There is a food pantry, however.  Nice call.
