Re: Interested in a German Shorthair Puppy

Can anyone blame me for being a bit testy about this?  I understand that to the person sending this same email to every breeder she found on the Internet, that it's the first time she's asked.  But to me it's at least every week, sometimes several times, and at other times they come in every day.

I'd bet a week's pay that someone has a pup and is going to take her money and she's not going to have done her homework on the breeder, and the breeder isn't going to do his homework on her.

I'm not a puppy mill so I don't keep dogs "in stock."  Most of my pups are spoken for before they are born, many before the breeding ever takes place.

Did you read my web site at all?  I don't sell to non-hunters and I suspect you'd fall into that category.  My apologies if I am incorrect; let me know a little about yourself and I will see if I can help.

Otherwise you'd be doing a great service rescuing a GSP.  I have most of your objections and questions answered here http://blog.marshfieldkennel.com/2006/08/30/decent-interation-with-a-nonhunter.aspx.
