I've booked the camp and have the cost.  As soon as I get a head count, I can figure the cost to each guy.

We might be able to save some out-of-pocket expense this year by having folks contribute groceries/meals.  In the past I've always wanted total control over the situation because if we came up short in some area, there was no popping over to the store. 

After three trips to the hospital and at least four blown tires, we're headed to civilization this year.
