Weclome Visitors!

I just checked the statistics for my blog, and one of the top servers is located in Switzerland.  It's either someone interested in what I have to say, or some hacker working off an unprotected server.

I've also gotten some hits from folks in locations I don't know anyone living there.  Texas.  Nashville.  California.  Microsoft comes up a lot, but I have to figure that's MSN crawling the site.

Anyway, if you are reading this, pleast feel free to comment, if only just to say "Hi!"

Hey Todd, I met you last fall at the Sebasticook Chapter. I have one of Craig's Scarecrow dogs (Josie). Just checking out what is new at Marshfield Kennel. Take care. Dan Trudeau

Dan, good to see you are still checking in. Keep up the training on that pup. I'd like to fold that pedigree into my line down the road. You wouldn't happen to use a server that comes back as Vermont Public Library?

Todd, not sure what my sever would come up as. Im using a State of Vermont DPS system, so who knows, Im not to technical with that stuff. I follow your site quite often, its easy to get caught up in all this dog training. Josie is lined up for another NA test in May at the Southern New England Chapter. I hope to have her ready for at least a UPT in the fall. We are currently toward the end of force fetch training. This is my first time attempting this and it has been going very well. I've been keeping in touch with Craig by email (re: training progress/tips). I hope to possibly hook up with one of your bird camp trips in a few years. I'll have to wait until both my kids are in school full time (one left). Gotta get back to work, talk to you later. dt

          Dan,

You're always welcome at birdcamp. I bet the state has one internet set-up that all of the agencies use.

Good luck with Josie at SNE. It's a nice chapter, just don't expect the same after test experience as Sebasticook.

Hey Todd, just checking in with you for any possible places to get birds. I used pigeons all last summer since I had so much trouble finding anyone with birds. Im looking to get quail or chukar as well as ducks. Any ideas? Thanks dt

Dan,  to be perfectly honest, Vermont's total lack of training birds and laws surrounding how you use them is one of the reasons Craig left.
