OK, reguar readers might find this odd, but I plan to link this to emails I sent to potential sellers so I don't have to retyp it over and over.  I'm also dating it for last year so it doesn't come up as new in my blog.  If you are looking at this as a link in an email from us, consider it new, regardless of the posted date.

First, let's introduce us.  I'm Todd and I fancy myself one of the top German Shorthaired Pointer breeders in New England.  I was fortuneate enough to fall in love with a veterinarian.  Even better, an Equine Vet.  Gun dogs need large animal vets because they are performance animals and "pet" vets just don't get it.

Amanda is a dressage rider and keeps a Sweedish Warmblood for the sport.  She trains even harder than I do.

We're getting married in June 2006 and setting up our farm as the ideal place to raise horses and breed dogs.  Amanda is taking up bird dogs.  I'm her groom and stable boy.

So why are we contacting you?  We're looking for a horse for me.  I have some experience with horses and we're looking for a "husband horse."  If I have to muck stalls, I'm going to have a horse.  Of the limited experience I have with horses, Tennessee Walkers were my favorite.  Amanda says the breed is particularly well suited to me.  Who am I to argue?
